    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of the back flow of exhaust gases in any operating condition of a plurality of gas turbines by a method wherein exhaust gases are joined just after the outlets of exhaust heat recovery boilers and introduced into the lower part of a stack by a dual system duct with a partition plate in the inside and the streams of the exhaust gases are joined together at a pressure-free or negative pressure part near the lower part of the stack. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas completing the work at a gas turbine 1 passes through an exhaust heat recovery boiler 3 and enters an exhaust duct 4. The duct 4 joins an exhaust gas duct 4 for another gas turbine in one body just after the outlets of the boilers 3 and they enter a dual system duct 5. The duct 5 inside of which is equipped with a partition plate at the center and partitioned into two parts on the right and left sides (or the upper and lower sides). Although a single duct, it is partitioned into two parts inside. Exhaust gas passing through each system joins at a joint part 7 near the lower part of a stack and a joined stream is introduced into a centralized stack 8 and exhausted from the tip into the open air. Thus, each exhaust gas joins at the part 7 as a pressure-free or negative pressure part and each exhaust gas system for the gas turbine has such a function just as if the system is operated as an independent exhaust gas system.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a top table from thermal degradation by providing gas turbine equipment provided on the top table of a frame with a means for cooling and heat-insulating the top table in a gas turbine for supplying air from the lower part through an intake duct passed through the frame. CONSTITUTION:In gas turbine equipment, air for combustion is fed to an intake plenum 2 through an intake duct 1 installed at the lower part of a frame 11 having a top table 12 for stream lining and is then fed to a compressor 3. After increasing pressure, the air for combustion is fed to a combustor in a gas turbine 4. The gas turbine is driven by a high-pressure and high-temp. gas generated in the combustor. In this case, cooling air is forcibly aerated by means of a cooling fan 21 between the top table 12 having an upper surface exposed under a high-temp. atm. due to the gas turbine 4 and a lower surface exposed under a low-temp. atm. due to the air for combustion and under highly thermal deformation and a sound-proof enclosure 6 located above the top table. Thus, the surface temp. of the top table is dropped.

    • PURPOSE:To join waste gas ducts from complex gas turbine into one, by providing dampers to check reverse flow and to prevent abnormal rise in pressure to a waste gas duct which leads combustion gas to a stack. CONSTITUTION:A waste gas damper 26 and an abnormal rise in pressure preventing damper 27 which works as a check valve are installed in a waste gas duct 25 which extends from a waste heat recovery boiler 20 to a stack 24. The pressure in the waste gas duct 25 rises abnormally by the compressed air which is produced by empty running of a gas turbine, if the waste gas damper 26 at the outlet of a waste heat recovery boiler is quickly closed when the gas turbine is tripped. But the duct 25 is enabled to be prevented from abnormal rising in pressure by the abnormal rise in pressure preventing damper 27, by adjusting the timing to close the waste gas damper 26 at the outlet of a waste heat recovery boiler 20 slow. On the other hand, when one gas turbine is operated and another one is stopped, combustion gas from the gas turbine in operation can be prevented from reversely flowing into the one in a halt state by installing the damper 27, which works as a reverse flow check valve, in the waste gas duct 25.
