摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing the remaining lifetime of a bolt which can be applied to a high-alloy bolt having few structural changes due to creep damages, and having accuracy higher than those of conventional types.
SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing the remaining lifetime of the bolt used under high temperatures includes a process for performing a creep test on a bolt material constituting the bolt under diagnose, to determine its lifetime and lifetime extension rate; a process for determining time/temperature parameter from the lifetime and creep test temperature; a process for creating a lifetime diagnosis diagram plotting the time/temperature parameter with respect to the lifetime prolongation rate; a process for measuring the elongation of the bolt under diagnosis, before and after use; and a process for diagnosing the remaining lifetime of the bolt by using the elongation of the bolt under diagnose, before and after use and the lifetime diagnosis diagram.
