摘要： PURPOSE:To give an accurate correction to the programmed value and enhance the reliability of control for the water level, by deciding the inflow rate from the safety limit level that is obtained by the predictive error between the predictive outflow rate according to the environmental condition and that based on the degree of control safety. CONSTITUTION:The outflow rate and the water level of the reservoir 1 are measured by the outflow rate measuring device 3 and water level measuring device 4, respectively. The parameter necessary for a prediction is given to the outflow predicting device 6 from the constant setter 5. The device 6 calculates the predictive error and then delivers it to the safe level arithmetic device 7. The device 7 receives the parameter necessary for calculation of the safe level for operation from the constant setter 8, and then calculates the lower limit level for safety and delivers it to the programmed inflow rate arithmetic device 9. The device 9 calculates a programmed flow rate based on the optimum condition to keep the water level within the upper and lower limit values and based on the outputs of the devices 6 and 7 plus the constant setter 10, respectively. Then the inflow adjuster 2 is controlled. The programmed value is corrected by the correction deciding device 11 based on the output of the device 4, and then the set value of the setter 10 is corrected.

CONSTITUTION:An input device 1 reads out a source program. A unit describing sentence detector 61 discriminates whether the source program is a unit describing sentence or not and, in case of no description, the contents read out in the input device 1 are transferred to a translator 2 for high level languages as they are and the translator 2 translates the transferred data to prepare an object program and output the program to the external through an output device 3. If a sentence checked by the unit describing sentence detector 61 describes on units, the contents of the sentence are transferred to a unit converter 62 to carry out unit conversion. The unit conversion is performed based upon the information of a conversion constant memory 63. The contents of the unit conversion constant memory 631 can be simply rewritten through a rewriting device 64.
