摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the connecting part of an electrically insulated coil in electrical and mechanical properties, by employing as a coating material for the strand conductor connecting part a composition obtained by compounding a silicon compound and a hydroxyl group-terminated polybutadiene compound. CONSTITUTION:Two strand conductors 1 are butted against each other and connected together. Then, while a composition obtained by compounding a silicon compound and a hydroxyl group-terminated polybutadiene compound at the ratio of 2:3 by equivalent weight is applied to a glass mica tape employing a laminated mica, the tape is wound on the strand conductor 1, with the butt part 2 as the center of winding, to form an insulating layer 3. Thereafter, a heat treatment is carried out at 160 deg. for 15hr to obtain an insulated coil having an insulated connecting part. As the silicon compound, a compound represented by the molecular formula (A) is employed, while as the polybutadiene compound, a compound represented by the molecular formula (B) is employed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an insulated electric wire of high humidity and temperature resisting characteriscics by winding a conductor with a basic material consisting of a polymer sheet having an imide group and a porous mica sheet, pasted together by means of a special silicone resin, and impregnating it with an epoxy-isocyanate varnish. CONSTITUTION:A polymer sheet having an imide group in its molecular structure, such as a polyimide film to be obtained from an anhydride of pyromellitic acid and diaminodiphenyl ether, is pasted together with a porous mica sheet by means of a silicone resin having a silanol group, and thereby an insulating basic material is formed. This basic material is wound around a conductor. After this, this is impregnated with an insulating eoxy-isocynate varnish consisting of one equivalent weight of a polyfuctional epoxy compound and 1.5 to 25 equivalent weights of a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and then it is solidified. By this, an insulated electric wire having high humidity resistance heat resistance of H-class to C-class can be obtained.

A portion of aromatic polyamid base may be replaced with other insulator base. Then epoxy resin is impregnated in basic insulator layer. Epoxy resin may be impregnated in basic insulating layer before forming on the conductor.
