    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a device in a compact size, and reduce noise by forming a suction cone inner surface with a plurality of circular cone and in a curvature shape in an axial direction, in a multiple blade blower of a circulating blower type. SOLUTION: A piping 26 is connected to the upstream side of a turbo blower through a flanges 25, 25a in a multiple blade blower, high pressure gas 93 flows into a blower. A suction cone 14 is formed in the shape of a circular cone having a radius R1 between points (a) and (b) in an axial direction so as to form in a shape having recessed surface on an inner circumferential side, formed in the circular cone having radius R2 between points (c) and (d) so as to form in a projection surface on the inner circumferential side, and formed in a plurality of circular cone shape and in a curvature shape between the point (a) and the point (d). It is thus possible to increase speed gradually in the suction cone 14 comparing with a circular cone shape reduced straight so as to reduce turbulence of a cooler, and air current flows into an impeller smoothly, and thereby, it is possible to improve blower efficiency of 3%, and reduce noise of 2db.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance recording density of the magnetic disk device by securing an oscillatory angle so that the widthwise direction of a recording and reproducing element over the whole information recording area is approximately matched the radial direction of the magnetic disk. SOLUTION: When the recording and reproducing element 3 is moved from a track to another track, a target speed in view of a displacement speed of the element in the track direction due to rotary motion performed by a shape memory actuator 5 is outputted by an MPU, and also control signals of individual actuators 5a and 5b are outputted to match the widthwise direction of the lement 3 with the radial direction of the disk in a target track. Since an angle to be formed by a slider main body 2 and a track is decided by a position of a slider 1 on the disk, the angle of an element part 4 to main body 2 before and after moving to the target track is uniquely obtained by these control signals. The control signals are inputted to a control part for the oscillatory actuator to operate the actuators 5a and 5b, so that the widthwise direction of the element 3 is matched with the radial direction in the target track.
