    • PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerator in which a vacuum heat insulator is formed in the shape for improving the fluidity of a foamed heat insulator, heat leakage amount of the surface arranged with the vacuum insulator is reduced, and power conservation is performed and which has excellent heat insulating performance and design properties. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator has a vacuum heat insulator 4 partly provided at the outer box 3 side in the thick wall of a foamed heat insulator 5 filled between the box 3 and an inner box 2, and comprises a vacuum heat insulator 4 so formed as to increase its wall thickness in a direction separating from foamed heat insulator stock solution inlets 3a, 3b provided at the upper and lower parts of the back of the box 3 in the erected attitude of the refrigerator. The maximum thickness part of the insulator 4 is disposed substantially at the center between the upper and lower inlets 3a and 3b. The insulator 4 is so formed as to have a slope for lowering the maximum thickness part of the center at a vertex toward the two sides toward the inlets 3a, 3b, and a gas bleeding hole 14 is provided at the box 2 near the maximum thickness part of the insulator 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a door surface from being distorted even if spacer material has contracted owing to evacuation of an interior space by forming a first outer envelope into an inner wall of a door and forming a second outer envelope into a solid body consisting of an outer front face and side faces of the door, in a vacuum thermal insulation panel wherein the hollow interior space of the outer envelopes is kept in an evacuated state. CONSTITUTION:A inner door-plate 7 made of synthetic resin constitutes an inner wall of a refrigerator and is formed in a shape such that foods and the like can be placed in it. The inner door-plate 7 is provided with an approximately U-shaped groove 7a connected to outer peripheral part. A pocket holder 7b for engagedly holding a food-containing pocket 8 to the inner doorplate 7 is formed in the inner door-plate 7 as integrated part. A front face and side faces of an outer door-plate 9 are formed into a solid body. Fringes of the side faces of the outer door-plate 9 overlap the approximately U-shaped groove 7a of the inner doorplate 7. Interior space formed by both the inner door-plate 7 and the outer door-plate 9 is packed with powdery or granular spacer material 12 having a low thermal conductivity. The inner door-plate 7 and the outer door-plate 9 both of which form the space compacted with the spacer material 12 are evacuated interior within a vacuum chamber, and a cylinder part 7c for evacuation is closely connected-and-secured and an opening is closed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable easily pulling out a condenser pipe, which is formed in a zigzag with a series of U-turn bends and attached to a side of an outer casing, from the insulating casing by exposing the parts of the condenser pipe that form the U-turn bends in one odd alignment entirely outside the insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The outer side 6a where a zigzag condenser pipe 4 has a series of U-turn bends without being exposed is coated with an adhesive. The U-turn bends 4a of the condenser pipe at the rear are positioned outside an insulating foam material 5 and exposed and in contact with the rear plate 8 of the outer casing. The space between the outer casing 3 and the inner casing 2 is filled with the insulating foam material 5. The adhesive is not applied to parts which would be obstructive to pulling out of the condenser pipe 4. As a result, when the refrigerator is disposed of as waste, a backward pull at the exposed parts of the condenser pipe 4 from the insulating material 5 enables easily separating the pipe from the insulating casing 1.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a structure of a refrigerator in which temperature of a motor for a compressor constituting a freezing an adiabatic compression discharged gas are reduced and which can easily be wasted. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a refrigerator having a freezing cycle in which a compressor 8, a radiator 6, a condensor 3, a pressure reducing device and an evaporator are connected in sequence in a ring-form, an ornamental plate 7 covering a substantial entire region of a rear surface of an outer box of the refrigerator and forming a thermal radiation passage between it and a rear plate 1a of the outer box is installed at the rear surface of the outer box, wherein the radiator 6 and the condensor 3 are arranged within a thermal radiation passage and at the same time the radiator 6 and the condensor 3 are fixed to the ornamental plate 7 and further the radiator 6 and the condensor 3 are fixed to the ornamental plate 7 and the radiator 6 is placed above the condensor 3. A compressor 8 using HFC 134a and the like having a low breakage coefficient for ozone as refrigerant in the freezing cycle is mounted on the refrigerator.
