At the same time, facsimile control parts 12 and 13 are connected to the circuits 6 and 7, and switches 8 and 9 are connected between the circuit 6 and 7 and the parts 12 and 13. Then audio answer units 10 and 11 are connected to the parts 12 and 13 respectively. The audio signals given from the units 10 and 11 are transmitted to the telephones 4 and 6 by switching functions of the switches 8 and 9 via the switchboard 2 and the circuits 6 and 7 of the remote side. Then the audio signals replaced with the language of the calling side are transmitted to an operator to enable the audio confirmation at the called side. Thus a barrier of answer confirmation due to the difference of languages can be eliminated for an international communication, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To make the photoelectric conversion output signal uniform by a method wherein the arrangement of a diode array is made coarse to dense from the center to the end. CONSTITUTION:The arrangement of light emitting diodes is so performed that the array end becomes in dense pitch, the center in coarse one, and the medium part in the intermediate one between dense and coarse, thus making the amount of image-forming light in an optical image forming plane uniform at a necessary part. As a result, the photoelectric conversion output signal becomes uniform because of obtaining the amount of uniform image forming light in said plane, therefore a uniform reproduced picture image can be obtained. Accordingly, the shading as conventional that the amount of image forming light by the uniform amount of light becomes large at the center of said plane and smaller toward the periphery can be corrected.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly protect a heat sensitive recording head from an abnormal high temp., by attaching a temp. fuse having predetermined melt-cutting characteristics to a heat sink mounted to a heat sensitive recording head. CONSTITUTION:In a heat sensitive recording head, fuses 2, 3 each having predetermined melt-cutting characteristics are attached to a heat sink 1 mounted so as to dissipate heat generated from a heat sensitive recording element into the air in an easily replaceable manner. In usual, when a power source switch 4 is closed, a relay coil 8 is excited to close relay contacts 6, 7 and the AC power source from an insert plug 11 is supplied to various kinds of power source circuits but, when the temp. of the heat sensitive recording head is raised to a predetermined temp. for some reason, either one of the fuses 2, 3 attached to the heat sink is cut by melting to release the excitation of the relay coil 8 while the relay contacts 6, 7 are opened to cut off the power source to the heat sensitive recording head.

Consequently, the output of the timer 10 is used as a training control signal TC as it is. A modem receiing the signal TC is inhibited from performing training operation during the reception.
