    • PURPOSE:To enable the automatic deposition of a packing, by melting an end face in the state of the position of a magnet inserted into a packing member being set at the specified position, depositing the melted end face with its abutting corresponding to a preset melting allowance. CONSTITUTION:A packing member 101 is held by a packing moving means hand 21, held with its inputting onto packing hold fixing means 17a, 17b, and the melting allowances 66 at the packing member both ends are set in an arrow mark direction. A fin part fixture is then performed by actuating a fin part fixing cylinder 85. The packing member is thus fixed. However, a magnet 2 is not fixed. The maget position detection/alignment is then performed by separating the packing moving means hand 21. A hot plate 4 is then moved between the end faces of a packing member 101 placed opposite each other, the melting is performed in a non-contact state, and a pressurizing joint is performed by the movement in an arrow mark direction by a two directional pressurizing means. A deposition residue is not sticked to a melting means, the need for removing the residue is eliminated, because the deposition is performed with its melting with non-contact to a heating means, also the gas generated with the residue being burnt can be reduced drastically.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to eliminate a pressure drop due to the resistance of a piping at the time of blow-off gas by a method wherein a tank part capable of being filled with the high-pressure gas is provided in the vicinity of a nozzle outlet and at the same time, a shutter mechanism to open and shut the nozzle outlet is provided in the vicinity of the nozzle outlet. CONSTITUTION:A tank part 1 capable of being filled with high-pressure gas and a rotating shutter part 5 to open and shut a nozzle opening part 3 are provided in the vicinity of the opening part 3. The opening part 3 is normally shut by the shutter part 5 and is opened only at the time of injection of the high-pressure gas. By designing in such a way, even though a piping on the way for the gas is long, the gas can be kept filling the tank part 1 at a pressure identical with its initial pressure and when the shutter part 5 is opened, a solder in through holes in a board 10 can be blown off at a high pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To make improvements in productivity in making deburring work performable simultaneously with another work by installing a deburring means, consisting of a burr cutting part, on an abutting surface of each jig block forming a packing inserting hole on the inner circumferential surface at the time of assembling. CONSTITUTION:Jig blocks 21a, 21b divided into plural pieces are solidly assembled by a split assembling means and formed into a packing holding fixture, and then a packing inserting hole 22 is formed on the inner circumferential surface. Packing 1 is inserted into this hole 22, pressing a position where a magnet is inserted into the packing 1, thus this packing 1 is fixed. Next, after melting each end face of two pieces of the packing 1 with a heating plate, a pair of packing holding fixtures are moved inward, and when these ends of the packing are pressed and welded, each burr 5a being produced at both ends of this weld is cut off by a burr cutting part 25 of a deburring means being projected from an abutting surface between the jig blocks 21a, 21b in a state of being held between the abutting surfaces of these jig blocks 21a, 21b.
