摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove any effects of running wind, when a mobile apparatus runs in both directions at high speed and secure a necessary cooling air intake quantity by providing an air intake port opened to the outside in an outer surface of the mobile apparatus and providing an air guide part in its adjacent part asymmetric to the running direction. SOLUTION: An air intake port 31 for an air intake duct 33 is provided in the bottom face in the adjacent to a step part of a skirt 13 under a floor and a cooling air flow is led to an air intake port 31 by an air guide part 40 constituted of this step and air guide plates 42-1, 42-b. When a vehicle runs in an arrow direction, a running air flowing along the bottom face of the skirt 13 under the floor is guided to the air intake port 31 by the air guide plate 42-a. On the other hand, when it runs in the inverse direction to the arrow, the running air leaves a smaller exfoliation by the air guide plate 42-b, then is collided with the step part of the skirt 13 under the floor, and a part of them is led into the air intake port 31. This constitution can secure the sufficient air flow without any necessity of a mobile part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of noise from a periphery of a carriage to the outside of a vehicle so as to reduce outside noise of the vehicle by maximally reducing a gap between a carriage skirt and a running girder in a monorail vehicle. SOLUTION: A noise shielding plate 9 which narrows a gap between a carriage skirt 10 and a running girder 11 is arranged in the carriage skirt 10, and in a normal/abnormal condition of a vehicle, the gap between the noise shielding plate 9 and the running girder 11 is changed. For controlling the noise shielding plate 9, a signal of a pressure switch 2 detecting a vehicle condition signal or a signal of a traveling condition detector 12 is received by means of a controller 4, a vehicle condition is determined by means of the controller 4, a control command is outputted to an air cylinder 8, and then, the air cylinder 8 controls the position of the noise shielding plate 9 so as to set a gap between the carriage skirt 10 and the running girder 11 to the minimum gap δ1 in the normal condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a construction of a coupling device capable of converting easily by providing an automatic converter operated by air source. CONSTITUTION:In a coupling device for railway rolling stock comprising a coupling 2 and a rubber shock absorber 3, a guide rail 4 and a pulley 8 are provided to make it in storing system, an automatic converter 6 comprising a valve, an electromagnetic valve, and an air cylinder is provided for storing the coupling device, and also a winding drum 7 is provided so that manual converting can be made by cutting off air source by the operation of the valve. This has an effect to make conversion of the coupling device easily and automatically. Also, if the automatic converter 6 fails, it can be converted manually by cutting off air source.
