摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed printing by permitting respective printing devices to receive printing data transferred from a host device and to print it when only one bit of a specified AND value is true. SOLUTION: When a host device 1 prints plural number (m) of printing data 2 by designation, a number designation part 3 selects the device identifiers of m-pieces of printing devices 10 to 40 from a device identifier information part 4 and outputs it to an OR part 5. The OR part 5 calculates a transfer destination identifier being the binary method OR value of m-pieces of device identifiers and informs a control part 6 of it. The control part 13 of a first printing device 10 receives the transfer destination identifier from a channel 7 and an AND part 15 calculates the binary method AND value of the transfer destination identifier and a first device identifier 14, for example. When one bit of the AND value is true by the judgment of a detection part 16, the control part 13 receives printing data transferred following the transfer destination identifier.

摘要： PURPOSE: To select a best reception path automatically by repeating transmission while stepping down a transmission power sequentially every time a transmission interval timer expires and detecting a communication error from the expiration of a reception monitor timer. CONSTITUTION: A unit A14 sends a start command signal to detect a reception sensitivity to start a reception monitor timer. On the other hand, upon the receipt of the start command signal, a radio unit B15 uses a transmission power variable section 6 to send a signal SM representing a maximum power while keeping a maximum transmission power PM to start a transmission interval timer. The unit B15 steps down the transmission power sequentially every time the transmission interval timer expires, sends the signal corresponding to the prescribed transmission power and starts repetitively the transmission interval timer. The unit A14 detects a communication error and recognizes the reception sensitivity required for the communication with the radio unit B15 based on the signal stored just before the occurrence of the communication error, then the best reception path is automatically selected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and efficient print environment at the time of printing on the opposite sides of a continuous form using two single side printers. SOLUTION: A first printer prints on the first side of a continuous form and a second printer prints on the opposite side (second side) thereof. The first and second printers print an identification number and a page start position mark for inspecting step-out of synchronism between the opposite sides and print start positions of the opposite sides. Using a detector disposed in the rear of a part of the continuous form, in the carrying direction thereof, where an image is formed by the second printer, the identification number and the page start position mark are read out and when a specified inspection is not passed, print and sheet feed of the first and second printers are stopped.
