    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the cost by reducing the number of parts in the unit of the cleaning device of an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: Untransfered toner 2 remaining on the photoreceptor 1 of the electrophotographic device is electrostatically attracted by a conductive brush 3 having a bias voltage V1. A bias voltage V2 is applied to the conductive brush contact part of a screw rotary body 4, so that it has an electrostatic force holding potential (V2-V1) for reattracting toner captured by the electrostatic brush 3. On the sides of the conductive brush contact part and diagonal position of the rotary body 4, a bias potential is made 0V, that is, connection to the ground with respect to the bias potential is attained. The screw rotary body 4 electrostatically attracts the toner of the conductive brush 3 in the conductive brush contact part. On the other hand, the electrostatically attracted toner is electrostatically released at the nearly diagonal position of the conductive brush contact part. The released toner is discharged to a recovering part, side by making use of the rotational force of the screw rotary body 4.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate rotation and driving of a heat roll, by increasing the duty of a servo motor driving current until a heat roll driving system is sufficiently heated preparatorily. CONSTITUTION:At the time of power-on, the signal obtained by increasing the pulse width of an open rotation control signal in the open rotation state from 25% duty to 50% duty is outputted from a control circuit part 112. The open rotation control signal is outputted as a servo motor rotation control signal to a servo motor driver 111 through an OR circuit. When the heat roll reaches a control temperature, a heat roll temperature detection signal is outputted to a heat roll temperature controller 202, and this controller 202 outputs a heat roll temperature command signal to a servo motor controller 112, and the heat roll is driven with the servo motor driving current of low duty. Thus, the heat roll is easily rotated and driven even in case of a heavy load.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fixing device for an electrophotographic device capable of remarkably prolonging the motor life by eliminating the problem due to the counter electromotive force of the heat roll driving motor at the time of non-printing and to provide an electrophotographic device capable of smoothly controlling a fixing device in the series of printing operation, even the reference signal at the time of executing the printing differs at the time of non-printing. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the reference signal generating means 27 for generating the different referent signal at the time of executing the printing from that at the time of non-printing, the heat roll driving motor 24 rotary controlled basing on the output of the reference signal generating means, the motor speed detecting means for generating the signal basing on the rotary speed of the motor 24 and the phase shift means 31 for shifting the phase of the motor speed detecting signal at the time of non-printing, and moreover the motor 24 is rotary driven in approximately proportion to the delayed portion when the phase of the output signal from the motor speed detecting means and the phase shift signal 31 delay corresponding to the phase of the reference signal E of the non-printing time.
