摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a protective case, in which a piezoelectric transformer element can be mounted simply and each electrode of the element and external terminals of the protective case are electrically connected easily and which has high reliability, by previously forming a projection consisting of the same resin material as the case to the internal surface of the protective case. CONSTITUTION: A transformer is assembled in such a manner that a support jig 13 is fitted to a protective case body 5 first, the upper sections of projections 6 are coated with insulating adhesives, an element 1 is introduced into a case, and the terminal of a lead wire 31 soldered to an output electrode 2 is bound to the base section of an external terminal 9. A support jig 14 is fitted, conductive adhesives are injected from the base of the protective case and a slit 12 formed to the top face of the case, and sections among input electrodes 3, 4 and the support jig 13, 14 are bonded. Lastly, external terminals 9, 7, to which the lead wire 31 is bound, the terminal of the support jig 14, a connecting terminal 10 and the terminal of the support jig 13 are dipped in a solder tank, and soldered, thus completing electrical connection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To acquire high reflection loss in a wide band region and to make possible reduction of manufacturing time and weight in a wave absorption panel. CONSTITUTION:The radio wave absorption panel is constituted of an armor material such as granite, a ferrite board, an air layer and a metallic reflection board one by one from outside with respect to the direction of coming radio waves, and is formed by arranging a plurality of radio wave absorption panels wherein a plurality of ferrite boards 2 are arranged, which are arranged almost continuous in a magnetic field direction of radio waves and arranged discontinuous in a field direction. Fixing members 13, 13 of a non-metallic product are attached to ferrite boards 2a, 2b in upper and lower parts of the radio wave absorption panel, and a radio wave absorber 12 is incorporated in a field gap part generated between the ferrite boards 2a, 2b by the fixing members 13, 13.

摘要： PURPOSE: To connect electrodes on the inner surface of a cylindrical piezoelectric transformer to an external circuit easily by a method wherein the knots of vibration are held by support jigs which are fixed to a circuit board or to a board for supporting a piezoelectric transformer device and the outside surface input electrode of the piezoelectric transformer is connected to the external circuit with the metallic support jig. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical piezoelectric transformer 1 whose input part is provided on one end of a cylindrical piezoelectric unit and whose output part is provided on the other end is fixed to a circuit board 5. At that time, the knots of its vibration are held and fixed by metallic or resin supporting jigs 6 and 7 which are fixed to a circuit board 5 or to a board exclusively for holding the piezoelectric transformer device 1. The metallic supporting jig 7 is also used for connecting an outside surface electrode 2 among input electrodes to an external circuit. Or, a protective case 9 which is made of insulating material and has a cavity in which the cylindrical piezoelectric transformer device 1 is housed is employed and protrusions 10 which is made of insulating material and which support and fix the knots of the vibration of the device are provided on the inner surface of the cavity of the protective case 9.

For example, ferrite powder consisting of Fe2O3, NiO, ZnO, CuO is compressed and molded, and then baked to get a plate-shaped ferrite sintered body 1 100mmX100mm and 9mm in thickness, and next ceramic coating agent consisting of SiO2 and TiO2 is applied 200mum on this surface and is hardened to get a wave absorber 3 where a ceramic film 2 is made. For this ceramic coating agent, thermal expansion coefficient is approximately 9X10 / deg.C, and thermal conductivity is approximately 6w/m deg.C. Moreover, the surface roughness Ra of the ferrite sintered body on which to apply ceramic coating agent is 0.7mum. By this ceramic film, the surface of the ferrite sintered body can be made white, and further water resistance and shock resistance can also be improved.
