摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly respond to the occurrence of the fault or the abnormality of facility equipment in a building located at a remote place by providing a service car for maintenance patrol, and a means to connect terminal supervisory equipment to a telephone set with a telephone line based on the detecting signal of a time zone detector.
