摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet having excellent thermal conductivity and handleability.SOLUTION: The heat conductive sheet includes: a thermoplastic poly(meth)acrylic acid ester high molecular compound (A) having a glass transition temperature of ≤50°C; inorganic particles (B) which are at least one selected from graphite particles and hexagonal boron nitride particles having a scale-like shape, an elliptical spherical shape or a rod-like shape, and in which the (0001) crystal surface is oriented in the plane direction of the scale, in the long axis direction of the elliptical sphere or in the long axis direction of the rod; and a phenolic high molecular compound (C). In the heat conductive sheet, the plane direction of the scale, the long axis direction of the elliptical sphere or the long axis direction of the rod of the inorganic particles (B) is oriented in the thickness direction.

The heat conducting layer 10 includes: (A) a non-spherical particle 12 having a volume resistivity of 10&OHgr; m or more and a thermal conductivity of 20 W/mK or more; and (B) an organic polymer compound 14 having a volume resistivity of 10&OHgr; m or more and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or less. The long axis direction of the non-spherical particle 12 is oriented to follow the thickness direction of the heat conducting layer 10. The adhesive layer 20 contains the organic polymer compound 14 included in the heat conducting layer 10 as a main component.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductivity for a film only by applying and drying to form the film suitable for a use as electrolyte and the like by comprising conductive polyaniline grain, polyamide polymer and a solvent. SOLUTION: In preparation of a conductive poly aniline compound constituting conductive polyaniline grain, a non-conductive polyaniline compound is washed with water and/or an organic solvent as necessary, and then, washed with alkaline for eliminating dopants once, and the washed compound is doped with acid and the like for providing conductivity. The conductive polyaniline grain is mixed with a solvent and stirred for preparing poly aniline paste. This poly aniline paste is applied onto a substrate such as a glass plate, and a dried coating film shows conductivity of 0.3 S/cm or more. As the acid used for the dopant in the conductive polyaniline grain, organic sulfonic acid is desirable.

Solution A comprising 27-90 wt.% water and 9.5-70 wt.% organic solvent (e.g. alkyl alcohol) freely miscible with water is prepared and then deaerated. Solution B comprising 0.2-23 wt.% organic sulfonic acid type oxidizing agent (e.g. benzenesulfonic acid), 0.2-23 wt.% ammonium peroxydisulfate, 30-95 wt.% water and 4-69 wt.% organic solvent is prepared. The electrolyte layer of a solid electrolyte capacitor is formed by infiltrating solution B into an element prepared by forming an oxide film on a valve metal, then infiltrating solution A thereinto, polymerizing the aniline into a polyaniline, drying the assemblage, repeating the step including the above operations once to several tens times and dehydrating the final assemblage.

SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by coating a resin sheet with a conductive polyaniline composition which contains a dopant comprising a proton acid, a nonpolar or lowly polar organic solvent, and a polyaniline capable of forming a composite with the dopant and which is soluble in a nonpolar or lowly polar organic solvent and drying the coated sheet. Examples of the most desirable dopant include dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and camphorsulfonic acid. The use of this composition with a transparent resin sheet can provide a transparent conductive sheet. The sheet is used to give a bottom material for a conductive chip carrier tape, a conductive heat sealing tape, a conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive film, and a conductive bag.
