摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of bubble in a layer and to prevent fluffing of fiber on a surface by combining resin composition injected from a first nozzle with fiber reinforcing material separately injected in the air, then combining it with resin composition injected from a second nozzle by delaying a confluent point, spraying it to a mold and then spraying the composition from a third or following nozzle thereonto. SOLUTION: Resin composition injected from a first discharge nozzle 2 is combined with fiber reinforcing material injected separately from it in the air to a mixture. After the first combination, resin composition injected from a second discharge nozzle 3 is combined by delaying from the first combination. After the second combination, the mixture of the composition and the reinforcing material is sprayed to a mold. The composition injected from a third or following nozzle 4 is sprayed on the mold on which the previous mixture is sprayed at the mold. Incidentally, the reinforcing material is passed between a rubber roller 7 and a rod 8, cut in a predetermined length by a cutter 9, fed to a discharge chute 10, and injected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bubbles from developing and fibers from being napped by a method wherein a spray composition and a fiber reinforcing material are met together in the air and sprayed against a mold with a spray-up machine and then a titanium oxide is sprayed on the sprayed mold. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforcing material and a resin composition are met together in the air and sprayed with a spray-up machine against the surface, onto which a releasant is coated or a gel coat layer is formed when necessary, of a mold produced in advance. After a layer having about 1-3 mm in thickness is formed by one time of spraying treatment, a titanium oxide is sprayed on the resultant layer. The amounts of the above-mentioned stocks used are determined to be, for example, 60-90 pts.wt. of the sum of the resin composition and the titanium oxide and about 10-40 pts.wt. of the amount of the fiber reinforcing material under the condition that the sum of the resin composition, the titanium oxide and the fiber reinforcing material is set to be about 100 pts.wt. As a result, the mixing of bubbles and the napping of fibers are prevented from occurring, resulting in allowing to improve the quality and productivity of a molding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a molded product markedly suppressed in the generation of air bubbles or cavities, having no fiber fluffiness on its surface and excellent in appearance quality and strength by allowing a resin compsn. to meet with a fiber reinforcing material in air to form a mixture and spraying this mixture on a mold and subsequently spraying sand thereon. SOLUTION: If necessary, a release agent is applied to the surface of a mold and a gel coat layer is formed thereon and a fiber reinforcing material and a resin compsn. are sprayed on the surface thereof and defoaming work such as rolling work is applied to the thus formed layer of the mold by using a defoaming roll made of aluminum or pig hair to cure the layer to obtain an FRP molded product. From a viewpoint reducing the involution of air bubbles into the mixture sprayed on the mold and further enhancing foam breaking properties, the one spraying thickness of the resin compsn. and the fiber reinforcing material to the mold is pref. set to 1-3 mm before sand is sprayed. The particle size of sand to be used is pref. 50-2,000 μm in consideration of the voids and strength of the molded product.

A resin composition in which about 100 pts.wt. of polyset 7020AP and about 60 pts.wt. of sun light 300 are mixed, is mixed in Permec N18 at a tip of an injection gun 20, and injected into a mold. Resin composition for molding FRP is set at ordinary temperature under this state to obtain FRP molded product. Oceasrence of sink of the FRP molded product is inhibited thus, and the FRP molded product which is free from molded defects is manufactured.
