摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to sterilize a water-soluble oil to thereby prevent the decay by incorporating specified ions into the oil by a specified method. CONSTITUTION:By using an apparatus having a constitution wherein an anode made of at least a coppery material 41 and a cathode 7 forming a pair with the anode are arranged in a flow path in a vessel preferably having an inlet 2 and an outlet 8 for a water-soluble oil, and the oil is passed through the flow path in a state in which an electric current flows between the anode and the cathode (air is ejected from a pump 9 to cause the oil to flow and be discharged through the outlet 8), electricity is turned on using at least the coppery material 41 as the anode on the way of a path through which the oil circulates, thus incorporating at least copper ions into the oil passing through the circulating path.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain hot water of constant temperature by a method wherein a radiator valve is fitted in a high-temperature hot water supply path, the sensor unit of the above-described valve is placed in the midway of the going pipe of a hot water circulation circuit, and thereby the amount of flow of high temperature hot water is controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a pump 6 is driven, water in circuit 10 circulates through floor heating panel 9. If the temperature of the hot water in the circuit 10 is below the preset value, since a radiator valve 3 is open, high temperature hot water flows into the circuit 10 from the boiler (not shown). Then, since the temperature of hot water in the going pipe of the circuit 10 rises, this is detected by a sensor unit 4 and the valve 3 operates so as to reduce its opening. As a result, the temperature of hot water flowing in the sensor 4 drops, and the valve 3 operates so as to increase its opening again. This is repeated, and the high temperature hot water corresponding to the amount of heat lost in floor heating is supplied, and thereby the temperature of hot water is maintained constant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To keep the room temperature and the floor surface temperature at proper values by a method wherein in case a floor heating operation is carried out by flowing a heat medium through a passage arranged under the floor, temperature sensers are provided in the room and an the floor respectively, and the flow of the heat medium is controlled in an ON-OFF mode through either one of signals from the temperature sensers. CONSTITUTION:A floor heating apparatus is constructed by a heating panel 5 placed on the floor of a house 9, a circulation pump 8 for feeding hot water from a boiler 7 to a water passage 51 in the heating panel 5 and a thermovalve 4 for controlling the supply of the hot water to the heating panel 5 in an ON- OFF mode in response to the signals from the temperature controller 1. The temperature controller 1 is so constructed that it closes the thermovalve 4 when either the output of the room temperature senser 22 or that of the floor temperature senser 3 goes higher than a predetermined value. Further, the setting the room temperature is made by a knob 12 while that of the floor temperature is made by a see-saw switch 13. Consequently, the supply of the hot water to the heating panel 5 can be so controlled that the room teperature and the floor temperature are set at their set values, respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To establish a rot preventing method for a water soluble oil solution and provide a device to embody it, with which the rot preventing effect made free from risk of lowering by means of continued generation of copper ions. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 is installed on the way of a circulating path for a water soluble cutting oil 4, and therein electrodes 5, 6 consisting of copper plate are arranged which are connected with a DC power supply 8 through a timer switch 7 having a positive/negative inserting function with the aid of a timer, and below these electrodes 5, 6 a rinsing device 9 is installed which consists of an ultrasonic transmitter connected with a power supply 11 through another timer switch 10, whereby copper ions are generated by feeding current to between the electrodes 5, 6 in the condition that the cutting oil 4 flows through the vessel 1. These are included in the cutting oil 4, and the electrodes 5, 6 are irradiated with ultrasonic waves while the rinsing device 9 is operated for a certain time at regular intervals. The surfaces of the electrodes 5, 6 are rinsed at regular intervals, and the generation of copper ions from the electrodes 5, 6 is continued until a certain specified level 15 attained by the copper ion concentration in the cutting oil during transit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance sterilizing/fungicidal effect, in an open type cooling tower fitted with a freezer, by allowing alkaline cooling water to the cooling water passage of the cooling tower and supplying a current to copper and silver anodes to mix a copper ion and a silver ion with cooling water. CONSTITUTION:An ton generator 9 equipped with an anode chamber 101 having a copper anode 11 and a silver anode 12 and a cathode chamber 102 having a cathode 13 is arranged in a cooling tower 3 and cooling water is sprinkled over the interior of the cooling tower from a water sprinkler 5 to be allowed to flow down as waterdrops 6. Slaked lime or caustic soda is added to the cooling water 7 stored in the tower bottom water tank of the cooling tank to adjust the pH of the cooling water to 8-9 and this cooling water is circulated to the ion generator 9. By this constitution, a copper ion and a silver ion are mixed with the cooling water 7 to enhance sterilizing/fungicidal effect.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to control the temperature of hot water supplied while simplifying piping and wiring by a method wherein the water heated by a solar heat collector is directly supplied to a floor heating circuit when its temperature is not lower than a predetermined temperature, and it is supplied to the circuit after heating it by a heater when its temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:The water heated by the solar heat collector 1 is stored in a heat-accumulating tank 3 and the water temperature is measured by a temperature-detecting part 13. When the water temperature is not lower than the predetermined temperature, a hot-water thermostat 5 changes over a three-way valve 4 to the direction 15 for circulating the hot water of the solar heat collector, and closes a two-way valve 8. Therefore, since hot water in a boiler 7 does not flow into a heat exchanger 9, the hot water produced in the solar heat collector 1 is directly supplied to a floor heating panel 12 without being subjected to heating by the heat exchange. When the temperature of the hot water in the tank 3 is low, the three-way valve 4 is changed over to the direction 14 for circulating boiler-heated water and the two-way valve 8 is opened, so that the hot water to be supplied to the panel 12 is heated by the heat exchanger 9 and is mixed by a mixing valve 10 before beimg supplied to the panel 12. Accordingly, the temperature of hot water supplied can be controlled with simple piping and wiring.
