摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a structure of a light transmission body which is a light transmission body used for illumination, is formable to arbitrary shapes and allows the reduction of light loss and a process for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: This light transmission body is produced by previously providing the inside wall surfaces 3 of an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2 with fine ruggedness and loading a hollow resin tube 4 formed by using a synthetic resin having a low refractive index to a small thickness into these metal molds, then injecting a synthetic resin 6 having the refractive index higher than the refractive index of the this tube into the resin tube 4 under pressurization. The fine ruggedness is transferred to the resin tube 4 at the time when the resin tube 4 bulges in the process of the pressurized injection of the synthetic resin 6 and the resin tube 4 comes into pressurized contact with the inside wall surfaces 3 of the metal molds. The rugged parts function to scatter light to the boundary between the resin tube 4 and the synthetic resin 6, thereby generating exit light from the entire area on the outside surface of the light transmission body.

摘要： PURPOSE:To widely improve the processability of a terminal by superposing metal tapes between insulation cores and between the insulation cores and conductive cores, providing holes at the superposed parts, and filling plastic in the holes, thereby integrating them sealingly to form a shield layer. CONSTITUTION:Metal tapes are superposed between insulation cores and between the insulation cores and conductive cores, holes 10 are provided at the superposed parts and the holes 10 are charged with plastic, so that a sealedly integrated shield layer 9 is formed. Since the metal tapes are not separated from each other at the time of processing of terminal of shield wire 9 for force- contact connection for separating the jacket 11 of the terminal, the force-contact connector can be connected easily without irregularity of the pitches between respective cores. It is thus possible to improve the processability widely.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a uniform, good appearance tin-plated twisted wire in long dimension, the twisted wire is dipped into a first bath, its diameter variation is corrected by a first die, dipped into a second bath, and tin-plate thickness is made uniform by using rough-twisted strand made of metal wire. CONSTITUTION:A twisted wire 2 from the delivery unit 1 is immersed in the first dipping bath 3, preheating for effecting good tin covering and rough plating on the wire surface. The wire is passed through the first die 5 to correct diameter variations in longituidinal direction, then dipped in the second bath 6 for finish tin plating. Next, the wire 2 is passed by the crude squeeze strand 8 to provide smooth tin plate thickness. Finally, the second die 9 is used to make the thickness completely uniform, adjusting the outside diameter of the plated wire to be wound by the take up roll 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize remarkable improvement in shielding property by forming a drain wire and a shielding layer in such a way as to be brought into contact with each other through a metallic layer. CONSTITUTION:Insulating conductors 3 and 4, where a tinning annealed copper wire 1 is extrudingly coated with an insulator 2 such as polyethylene, and a core formed with a drain wire 5, a conductive plastic 6 and metallic layer 7 are juxtaposed so as to be tightly sheathed with a shielding layer 8. The core including the drain wire 5 and the insulating conductors 3 and 4 have the same diameter, and they are longitudinal ly juxtaposed so as to be extrudingly sheathed with a jacket 9. The drain wire 5 is coated with the conductive plastic 6 in such a way that the surface thereof is partially exposed. The exposed surface is directly brought into contact with the metallic layer 7. Therefore, the shielding layer 8 and the drain wire 5 are connected to each other with low resistance, thereby enhancing shielding property.
