摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the removal efficiency of metal ions by the procedure in which solids present in washing is removed by filter, the washing is passed through a glass filter bed, and the filtrate is subjected to an electric dialyzer. CONSTITUTION:The bundle of copper wires, for example, is washed with an acid and then with water in a water washer, and then the washing is filtered by a cartridge type filter using a filter cloth to remove solids such as metal particles present. Then, the filtrate is passed through a glass beads filter bed at a slow flow rate so as to adhere fine copper powder, etc., present in the filtrate to the surfaces of the glass beads for removal, and then the filtrate is circulated in an electric dialyzer because of the presence of copper ions in the filtrate. When passing the filtrate to a positive polar side tank, the copper ions move to a negative polar side tank through a dialyzing membrane, a copper ion-rich liquid is sent to an electrolytic regenerator tank to recover the copper ion in the form of metallic copper, and part of liquid deprived of nearly all copper ions is reused as washing liquid.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recycle washing waste water and efficiently recover valuable metal contained by regenerating primary washing water of a pickled or plated material in an electrodialytic vessel and regenerating secondary washing water in an electrolytic cell and an anion exchange unit. Secondary washing water W3 is used for repeated washing of copper wire 10 to rise the copper ion concn. to 300ppm, passed through electrolytic cell ET to recover copper and thus lower the copper ion conc. to 100ppm, treated in anion exchange resin unit AER to capture SO4 ions, and used for secondary washing of wire 10 as pure water again.
