    • PURPOSE:To establish a 24-hour monitor system and to efficiently operate the system as well as to facilitate additional installation and change by connecting alarm boards by optical fiber cables to form a loop and displaying the information on respective drain pits on the screen of a personal computer in a waste water treating plant. CONSTITUTION:The waste water treatment alarm boards 5 to 7 are provided respectively at the plural drain pits 13 and the waste water treating plant alarm board 8 is provided in the waste water treating plant. The transmission loop is formed by connecting these boards by the optical fiber cables 11 and, therefore, highly reliable transmission is executed even under the condition under which the system is liable to receive the influence of noise and voltage drop. Since the loop is formed, the additional installation of the drain pits 13 or the like can be executed simply by connecting the same to the previously formed loop. Further, this system is so constituted as to display the information on the respective drain pits 13 on the screen of the personal computer 10 of the waste water treating plant and, therefore, the display is easily added and changed by changing the program in the case of the additional installation of the drain pits 13 or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous plating apparatus with a slip detecting mechanism for a long-sized material which is capable of preventing the abnormality of plating thicknesses and outflow of a heavy defect, such as absence of plating by surely executing the detection of the slip which can occur between the long- sized material and a taking-off means at all times. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a delivery means for the long-sized material, a line for executing the plating treatment of the delivered long-sized material, a taking-off means 15 for forcibly taking off the long-sized material on the downstream side of the plating treatment line and a taking-up means for the long-sized material and has the slip detecting mechanism for detecting the slip between the taking-off means and the long-sized material subjected to the plating treatment. The slip detecting mechanism is recommended to be attached to a guide roller 11 existing nearer the delivery side than the taking-off means. The more specific example of the slip detecting mechanism consists of, for example, a slotted circular plate 16 mounted at a guide roller shaft and a pulse sensor 17 disposed in the position where the slit of the circular plate passes.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with such a job as aligning a long hose dropped on a pallet after resetting it in a groove part by dropping the long hose in a V-type groove of a shutter bring opened or closed by a cylinder and forming this V-type groove in a state of being closed, shifting this cylinder and feeding it on the pallet. CONSTITUTION:When a long hose 1 conveyed by a conveyor 2 reaches a specified position, air is blown out of an injection part 3 of pressurized air, and thereby this long hose 1 is forced out on the conveyor 2 by dint of this pressurized air, so that it is dropped in a hose receiving part 7 in the orthogonal direction after passing through a guide 4. When these dropped hoses 1 are aligned in accord with a groove of a pallet 8 by means of the V-type groove of a shutter 6, this shutter 6 operating through a cylinder 5 is opened toward the outside from the central part, so that this hose is dropping from its central part into the V0type groove of the pallet 8, and finally both the ends are dropped as well. Subsequently, the pallet 8 moves as far as for one groove portion, repeating this operation, and thus the long hose is aligned to the pallet 8.
