摘要： PURPOSE: To measure the maximum torque accurately by oneself by providing a rubber roller presser jig comprising a split tube, a fine adjusting screw and a screw having recessed head, and a tool stopping jig provided with a dowel to be engaged with a digital torque wrench on the body part for stopping the split tube. CONSTITUTION: A fine adjusting screw 5 is loosened to retract a screw 7 having recessed head. A split tube 6 is fitted with the tubular rubber 1 of an objective rubber roller 4 which is then tightened by means of the screw 5. The screw 7 is then driven to press the rubber roller 4 against the outer circumferential face of the rubber 1 at a plurality of points. A tool stopping jig 8 is then fitted in a groove of the tube 6 while the spectacle head 9 of a digital torque wrench 10 is fitted over a dowel 8a and a shaft 3 is secured to a vice 11. When the torque wrench 10 is turned one direction, the jig 8 is turned in conjunction with the tube 6 thus turning the rubber 1 forcibly. The torque wrench 10 is turned continuously and a maximum torque is read out when rupturing the bonded part between the rubber 1 and a core metal 2.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a fixing jig for a rubber roller whereby the friction coefficient of a rubber roller with a shaft can be accurately measured directly as it is. CONSTITUTION: The jig has a sheath part 7 to which a shaft 11 of a rubber roller 9 can be directly inserted, and a fastening screw 8 inserted/fastened in a side wall of the sheath part 7. In this constitution, it becomes enough to insert the shaft 11 of the rubber roller 9 directly into the sheath part 7 and screw the fastening screw 8 thereby to fix the shaft 11. The size of the sheath part 7 is selected to fit the shaft 11 of the rubber roller 9, whereby the friction coefficient of the rubber roller 9 can be measured with better accuracy.
