摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of squeaky sound caused by joint and also provide the car side wall of an elevator which is excellent in its design. CONSTITUTION:An opposite area of decorative panels 1, 2 is formed on the surface of a side plate 10 and a joint 3 is arranged in this opposite area, and also a metal plate 7 such as an aluminum plate, etc., is arranged between the back face of the joint 3 made of stainless steel and the surface porcelain enamel layer of the decorative panels 1, 2, when a stud bolt 6 of the joint 3 is inserted in a through hole 10b formed in the side plate 10 and it is tightened by a bolt 5. Squeaky sound occurring due to delicate vibration of a car is prevented and also deformation of the joint 3 is prevented, by preventing occurrence of friction between the back face of the joint 3 and the surfaces of the decorative panels 1, 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for changing hydraulic oil by a simple operation by removing a hydraulic oil piping from the cylinder of a hydraulic jack, mounting an exchange unit in place of the piping, and supplying pressurized gas from the unit to the cylinder to discharge the hydraulic oil from the cylinder to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A cage is lifted to the uppermost floor, and suspended and fixed to the ceiling of an elevator shaft, and then the piping is removed from the supply-discharge port 2D of the cylinder 2A of a hydraulic jack 2. An exchange unit 7 having a gas supply port 7A and an oil drainage pipe 6 is connected to the supply-discharge port 2D, and the oil drainage pipe 6 is located in the bottom part of the cylinder 2A. Pressurized gas of a pressurized gas- source 9 is supplied from the gas supply port 7A to the cylinder 2A to press out hydraulic oil 13 in the cylinder 2A through the oil drainage pipe 6 to the outside. After pressing out the oil, the exchange unit 7 is changed by the piping. Thus, the hydraulic oil can be changed without removing gland packing of the jack.

CONSTITUTION:To a feed/discharge port 2D which is formed at a cylinder 2A constituting a hydraulic jack and with which power unit piping is connected, a hydraulic tank which is filled with new hydraulic oil through a cooler 11 is connected to fill a cylinder 2A with new hydraulic oil while it is being cooled. The specific gravity of the filling new hydraulic oil 14 is higher than that of old hydraulic oil 13 in the cylinder 2A, so it gathers at the bottom of the cylinder 2A to push up the old hydraulic oil. As a result, it is possible to collect the old hydraulic oil 13 in a waste oil tank 8 from an oil discharging port 7A.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drain the worn-out operating oil almost perfectly by installing a changing unit to a supply and drain port in the upper part of a cylinder of a hydraulic jack, and pressurizing to drain the operating oil, and after completing the drainage, drawing an oil drain pipe with a drawing guide having a roller at the tip thereof from the supply and drain port. CONSTITUTION:A changing unit 3 is installed to a supply and drain port 1D, and an oil drain pipe 4 is inserted from a through port 3A of the oil drain pipe till the tip thereof arrives near the bottom of a cylinder 1A. Next, the compressed air is sent into the cylinder 1A through a gas pipeline 7, a gas supply port 6 and a passage 3C to drain the operating oil 2 through the oil drain pipe 4. Next, the oil drain pipe 4 is moved inside of a seal means 3B so that the oil drain pipe 4 is left under the same condition, and while the interchange unit 3 is removed from the supply and drain port 1D. Thereafter, a drawing guide 10 is inserted from the supply and drain port 1D so that a roller 10A of the tip thereof is rotated in the lower side of the oil drain pipe 4, and the tip of the drawing guide 10 arrives the inside wall surface of the cylinder 1A, and the drawing guide 10 is lowered downward of the supply and drain port 1D, and a claw 11 of the tip is engaged with the oil drain pipe 4, and the roller 10A is rotated to be drawn.
