SOLUTION: This service floor controller comprises a micro switch 8 for detecting removal of a peripheral component of a nonstop floor switch 1 and outputting a detection signal and an evacuating means for moving a car to the other floor different from a predetermined floor in response to the detection signal. When an invader intending the crime such as the theft removes the peripheral component of the nonstop floor switch 1, the micro switch 8 detects the removal of the component and outputs the detection signal, the evacuating means moves the car to the other floor different from the predetermined floor to be provided with the nonstop floor switch 1, thereby preventing the invader from getting on the car. When an additional weight block 5a is added to the balance weight 2 in the remolding of an elevator, the stopper 7 mounted on the bottom part of the stopper mount holes is once removed by loosening a bolt 8 in a construction site, and the stopper 7 is remounted on the stopper mount hole corresponding to the number of additional weight blocks 5a by the bolt 8.
