    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize and keep at a high level the quality of extracted liquid obtained by sterilizing a solid raw material such as tea leaves, coffee beans and a dried bonito and extracting it by hot water, or the like. SOLUTION: An extraction container 2 housing the solid raw material 1 is stored in a treatment tank 3 and the inside of the tank 3 is evacuated using a vacuum system 10 and then steam is supplied from a gas supply system 20 and enclosed inside the tank 3. The inside of the tank 3 is heated by the steam to the temperature suitable for sterilization or digestive modification of the solid raw material and then is displaced to become an inert gas atmosphere by switching the steam supplied from the system 20 to an inert gas such as a nitrogen gas. The extracted liquid is collected in a collecting means 2a of the container 2 by scattering the sterilized extractant such as hot water over the material 1 in the container 2 from a liquid supply system 30. The collected extracted liquid is withdrawn and received in an extracted liquid receiving container 40 outside the tank under the inert gas atmosphere.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a continuously concentrating and immersing device capable of separately controlling an evaporation temperature for concentrating an immersion solution and a temperature for immersing a food, and capable of suitably performing an operation for concentrating the immersion solution without being influenced with the temperature for immersing the food. CONSTITUTION:A continuously concentrating and immersing device is provided with an immersion tank 1 for circulating an immersion solution with a circulation pump 2 and heating the circulated immersion solution to a prescribed immersion temperature with a heater 3, and for immersing fed immersion raw materials, and with a vacuum-concentrating device 7 for receiving from the immersion tank 1 the immersion solution lowered in the concentration due to the immersion, evaporating off water in a gas-liquid separating device 9 vacuumized with a vacuum-generating device 29 for the concentration of the immersion solution and subsequently feeding the concentrated immersion solution into the immersion tank 1. During the immersion treatment, the immersion tank 1 is interlocked with the vacuum-concentrating device 7, and the immersion solution of the immersion tank 1 is partially or wholly separated and independently concentrated with the vacuum-concentrating device 7.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the heat transmission efficiency of a plate type evaporator by a method wherein oil layer is separated by controlling the flow rate of evaporated liquid on the liquid surface on a header installed in the detour route of evaporated liquid, and this oil layer is removed at proper intervals. CONSTITUTION:This plate evaporator is composed of frames 11, 12 and a plate group 13. A number of plates 14 are overlaid on each other with gaskets 15 therebetween, so that the route 16 for evaporated liquid 28 and the route 17 for sending heating medium are alternately formed. A naturally circulating header 20 is installed in the middle of the detour route 21 between an outlet 18 of evaporated liquid and an inlet 19 of evaporated liquid. The header 20 is provided with a sensor means 24 to detect the liquid 28 level and to control it, and with a pipe 26 to take out oil 25. When the liquid level in the header 20 is adjusted so as to decrease the flow rate in the route 16, then oil such as olefin is separated from liquid 28 by the difference in the specific gravity from the liquid, and the oil stays in the upper layer. The separated oil on the liquid surface 28 is discharged outside by opening valve 27 at proper intervals.
