摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a triple pipe type heat exchanger wherein an inner pipe can be easily inserted into a center pipe, no liquid leaks or stays, the heat transfer performance is improved and the installation space is small. CONSTITUTION:The triple pipe type heat exchanger is provided with an inner pipe 4 which has one end 5 welded to a center pipe 1 with inlet and outlet opening 2 and 3 for the fluid to be treated and the other end 6 closed. The inner pipe 4 is provided with inlet and outlet opening 7 and 8 for heating medium and its interior is divided into two by a partition plate 9 provided in the axial direction and one end part of the partition plate 9 is provided with a communicating part 10 to form a U-shaped liquid flowing part. An outer pipe 11 is provided on the exterior wall of the center pipe 1 and has inlet and outlet openings 12 and 13 for the heating medium. As a result, a compact-sized heat exchanger is produced.

Therefore, when the elastically deformable pipe main body 2 prepd. of the elastic material is compressed by means of a pair of the plates 3, the cross-sectional area of the pipe main body is changed and the amt. of holding in the pipe main body 2 is accordingly changed to be able to change the holding time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To change arbitrarily the holding time by holding airtightly a lower nozzle on an upper nozzle in a straight trunk body and inserting slidably them therein and sliding the lower nozzle or the upper nozzle by means of an appropriate sliding means. CONSTITUTION:A liq. to be treated flowing from a liq. inlet 17 of a lower nozzle 16 is retained in a straight trunk 11 for a specified time and is made to flow out from a liq. outlet 20 of an upper nozzle 19. In addition, when an elevating member 22 is elevated and lowered by extending and contracting a piston rod 21a of a cylinder 21 for elevation and lowering, the lower nozzle 16 is slid for ascending and descending in the straight trunk 11 through a fixing member 23. As the result, a set position of the lower nozzle 16 and the length L1 between the lower nozzle 16 of the straight trunk body 11 and the upper nozzle 19 is changed and the amt. of holding of the liq. to be treated in the straight trunk body 11 is changed and accordingly, the retaining time of the liq. to be treated in the straight trunk body 11 is changed. Labor and time being necessary for changing the holding time is reduced thereby and influences given to operate a sterilization apparatus and a heating apparatus for the liq. can be decreased.
