Including at least the rod cover 5 or the branch line cover 6 as well, the degree of freedom is given for up-and-down movement of the connector cover to connect it to both ends of a connector. As a result, the mutual inclination of the covers can be adjusted and the rod cover can be made smaller.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a ground apparatus easily with one receiving frame or the combination of the receiving frames by a method wherein a part of an attaching cover which corresponds to a region included in the bottom surface of a ground apparatus is opened as the attaching part for the ground apparatus. SOLUTION: A receiving frame main part 2 has a picture frame-like planar shape and the approximately half part of it is used as a manhole opening 2a and the other half part is used as a ground apparatus setting opening 2b. A manhole cover 3 and an attaching cover 4 for fixing the ground apparatus are detachable attached to the opening 2a and opening 2b, respectively. A tapered surface which are formed over the whole circumference of the lower end part of the attaching cover 4 is fitted to the ground apparatus setting opening 2b and bolts inserted through fixing washers provided on the inner circumference of the lower end parts are screwed with nuts provided on the receiving frame main part 2 to fix the attaching cover 4 to the pedestal frame main part 2 solidly. As a result, the attaching cover corresponding to the specification of the ground apparatus is applied to one type of the receiving frame main part and the ground apparatus can be installed only by the alignment with the opening, so that the ground apparatus can be installed easily.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate opening and closing operation and to improve safety by providing an engagement head having a projection on a head end of an operation bar free to oscillate, fitting it in a hook hole of a cover and devising the head not to be removed at the time of opening and closing the cover. SOLUTION: A projection 4a of an engagement head 4 provided on a head end of an opening and closing jig A of a cover of a heavy weight manhole, etc., is inserted into a hook hole provided on the cover and fastened on the cover by tightening a nut 4b. Thereafter, two workers hold grips 1c on both sides of a main bar 1 with both hands, pull them up as they are and open the cover. In this case, when the cover one end of which is fixed by a hinge is raised at more than 90 deg. and opened, an oscillating block 3 is bent and made to follow an angle of inclination of the cover and an operation bar 2. Additionally, changing of drilling of the grips 1c is eliminated from start to end of cover opening and closing, and it is devised so that the engagement head 4 is not removed from the cover during opening and closing. Consequently, it is possible to open and close the heavy weight cover easily and safely.
