    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable color art display device in which the surface color of a variable-color frame is shown on the entire surface of each flat convex lens according to a colored pattern on a hue plate and the brightness of combined colors obtained from directed colors produced by prism reflectors can be obtained. SOLUTION: This device comprises: a variable-color frame, having a hue plate provided on the back of a color light refracting frame panel 1 which has a number of flat convex lenses 1a made of a transparent resin or glass provided on the front of the panel 1 at certain intervals to one another and which has a number of prism reflectors 16 formed integrally and uniformly over the entire surfaces of gaps among the flat convex lenses on the back, so that the surface color of the color light refracting frame panel 1 is shown on the entire surface of each flat convex lens 1a according to a colored pattern on the hue plate, and so that the brightness of combined colors obtained from directed colors produced by the prism reflectors 16 can be obtained; a frame 4 that can hold the variable color frame; and a back plate formed to be capable of sandwiching an art holder 5 and the variable color frame between it and the back of the frame 4. The back plate may be supported on a flexible support 8 in such a way that its supported angle is freely variable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating plate for a rail joint withstanding long-term use, wearing little and enabling the degree of wear to be found early to maintain safe operation of trains.
      SOLUTION: The insulating plate inserted between a rail fish plate and a rail to insulate the rail at a joint part is formed by impregnating liquid epoxy resin into synthetic fiber cloth of excellent pressure-proof strength and wear-proof strength formed of a plurality of layers, laminating the cloth to obtain a predetermined thickness, and heating, pressurizing and hardening it. The insulating plate for fastening the rail has a colored layer colored in a different color from an upper face and a lower face and arranged in an intermediate layer of the insulating plate.

      SOLUTION: In this tube with the flange body, for use in a rail insulating joint, the flange body 1, which is composed of a laminate of a vinylon fiber cloth and a glass fiber cloth impregnated with an epoxy resin, is screwed and fixedly attached to one end of a tube part 2 which comprises a laminate having an outer layer composed of the glass fiber cloth, an intermediate layer composed of an aramid fiber cloth and the glass fiber cloth, and an inner layer composed of a polycarbonate resin layer; the flange body is rectangularly formed; and the tube parts 2 are screwed and fixedly attached.
