    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually recognize wear and flaw of an FRP layer by forming a plurality of colored reinforced plastic layers of different hue, continued in an axial direction of a pipe, laminated so as to make a hue of the layer different from an adjacent layer, in a reinforced plastic layer layered in an inner/outer surface of an intermediate layer formed of mortar. SOLUTION: A composite pipe 1 used in a large bore sewer pipe or the like comprises a pipe-shaped intermediate layer 2 formed by resin mortar and FRP layers 3, 4 layered in an inner/outer surface thereof. Of the inner/outer layer 3, 4, the inner layer 3 is formed by laminating two colored reinforced plastic layers 31, 32 of different hue continued in an axial direction of the pipe. In this composite pipe 1, by wearing, when a first colored layer 31 is sharpened, by making the second colored layer 32 appear in an internal surface of the composite pipe 1, when color of the colored layer coming out to a surface is recognized by periodic inspection or the like, wearing, flawing, etc., can be easily recognized, a trouble of buckling or the like can be previously prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent earth from flowing in from a periphery by filling up the space sections of sheet piles with fillers via injecting pipes, when the injecting pipes are integrally jointed to the recessed lower-end sections of the sheet piles and are embedded under ground, and subsequently the sheet piles are drawn out. CONSTITUTION:A sheet pile wall is composed of the click sections 11 of respective steel sheet piles 10 which are connected with one another. Then, the tip sections of injecting pipes 20 are arranged to be positioned at the lower ends of the recessed sections of the steel sheet piles 10, and are integrally jointed to the steel sheet piles 10 by welding or the like, and are inserted into ground. Besides, the tips of the injecting pipes 20 are blocked by caps 30, and the flowing-in of earth is suppressed at the time of embedding them. After that, in the case of drawing the steel sheet piles 10 out, the fillers of mortar or the like are permitted to flow through the injecting pipes 20 and the caps 30 are separated from, and spaces generated by drawing the steel sheet piles 10 out are filled up with the fillers. As a result, the flowing of the earth from a periphery into the spaces generated after drawing them out is suppressed, and peripheral earth can be also prevented from being loose.

SOLUTION: Two flexible couplers are formed by a rubber ring socket 12 of an elbow 1 and an upstream side end part of a bent pipe 3 and a rubber ring socket 22 of an elbow 2 and a downstream side end part of a bent pipe 4 with a rubber ring socket, the bent pipe 3 rotates around an axis X-X in the rubber ring socket 12 of the elbow 1, and the bent pipe 4 can rotate along surfaces in parallel with each other around an axis Y-Y in the rubber ring socket 22 of the elbow 2. Additionally, a telescopic coupler is formed of a sheath pipe part 42 of the bent pipe 4 with the rubber ring socket and a downstream side end part 32 of the bent pipe 3. In this way, it is possible to absorb displacement of the ground due to differential settlement by rotation along vertical surfaces on the two flexible couplers and extention and contraction of the telescopic coupler.
