    • PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization of a device, improvement for reliability, and cost down by including a noncontact switch to be inputted in series in a circuit loop. CONSTITUTION:Detecting means 31, 32 to detect currents on power source supply circuits 21-23 are provided, and the detection signals of the detecting means 31, 32 are supplied to a control part 4. The control part 4 performs the opening/closing control of the noncontact switches 221, 222, and 231, and the short-circuit faulty modes of the noncontact switches 221, 222, and 231 can be detected by the detection signals supplied from the detecting means 31, 32 with the timing with which the noncontact switches 221, 222, and 231 are opened. In other words, when the short-circuit fault occurs in the noncontact switches 221, 222, and 231, it means that the detection signal is not a signal corresponding to a current of zero, and it goes to the signal corresponding to a certain current level, thereby, the diagnosis of the short-circuit fault of the noncontact switches 221, 222, and 231 can be performed. In such a way, it is possible to attain the miniaturization of the device by making a switch into the noncontact switch, and the improvement for the reliability, and the cost down.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a signal safety device by which an abnormal condition can be detected when power source supply is stopped. CONSTITUTION: In an output circuit 1, an input terminal 11, a switch element 12, and an output terminal 13 are connected in series. The input terminal 11 is connected to a power source, while the output terminal 13 is connected to a load. Continuity of the switch element 12 is accomplished on the basis of a controlling signal S1 fed from a controlling circuit 3, and then a controlling output S2 is generated. In a monitoring circuit 2, existence of a power source to be fed to the input terminal 11 is monitored, and a monitoring signal S3 is outputted when the power source is supplied. In the controlling unit 3, an abnormal signal S4 is outputted if the monitoring signal S3 is not inputted when the controlling signal S1 is inputted, while the controlling signal S1 is outputted if the monitoring signal S3 is given.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a double system mover control device wherein in the case of generating abnormality in a main system control unit, it can be quickly switched to an auxiliary system control unit while maintaining continuity of control. CONSTITUTION:In a main system control unit 1, when a main system select signal S1 is provided, an action condition is judged for whether it is good or bad and output as the first decision signal S4. In an auxiliary subsystem control unit 2, when an auxiliary system select signal S6 is not provided, a first-in first-out circuit 22 performs giving/receiving input/output signals S2, S3 between the main system control unit 1 and an input/output device 3 stored by first-in first-out, and the second processing circuit 21 processes this signal to judge the action condition for whether good or bad and to output the second decision signal S5. In the input/output device 3, the input signal S2 is generated to be based on a control input 11, to output a control output 01 in accordance with the output signal S3. In a main/auxiliary switching device 4, when the first decision signal S4 is abnormal and further when the second decision signal S5 is normal, the auxiliary system select signal S6 is supplied to the auxiliary system control unit 2.
