    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot which makes it possible for a household and the like to obtain a high-purity distilled water useful for various applications easily at low costs by equipping the pot with a distillatory function as an additional feature. SOLUTION: An electric pot is so constructed as to be equipped with a bottomed vessel 1 housing drinking water, a lid member 2 installed free to open and close on the upper part, a heater 3 to heat the drinking water within the bottomed vessel 1, a temperature sensor 4 controlling the heater 3 and a feeding means 14 to supply the reserved drinking water externally when desired. In this case, a water outlet end 9 opened downward in continuity with a declined lower end 8 in a hollow tube is installed. This water outlet end 9 is good in thermal conductivity, is arranged inside the lid member 2 and has a specified length declining continuously downward. Furthermore, the declining upper end 7 is equipped with a distillatory pipe 5 which goes down to open to be combined with the upper part of the bottomed vessel.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a temperature suitable for the ironing work in a short time by applying an alternating current to a heating coil to heat a heat generating press plate with Joule heat generated by a spiral current produced in the heat generation press plate by an increase and decrease in the resulting magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:A heating coil 4 is fixed and housed in a main body 1 having a grip 2 on the top thereof. On the lower surface of the main body 1 a heat generation plate 3 is fixed which comprises a thin plate of magnetic substance located opposite to the heating coil 4 in parallel and separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The above separate distance is set so that the maximum portion of the magnetic flux density agrees with the heat generating press plate. In addition, the heat generation plate 3 is formed of a lamination of a thin plate 3A of magnetic body with a thickness of about 0.1mum and a heat dissipation thin plate 3B formed to a thickness of about 0.1mm or more on the thin plate of magnetic body so that heat radiation efficiency was heightened.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate additional burning and hot water temperature adjustment and hence improve heat efficiency because of a circulation type bath even with use of electric power by providing a heating metal plate making contact with water in a bath tank and induction heated, a heating coil separated away by a predetermined distance from the heating metal plate and disposed insulated from water, and a coil driver circuit. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating bath 20 is adapted such that a heating coil 2 is accommodated and fixed in a through-hole 4a with a rectangular cross section penetrating a bath furnace body 4 laterally at the center of the circulation type bath furnace body 4. Two heating metal sheets 1, 1' are properly supported at a portion in the bath furnace body 3 through which portion water flows at locations providing a predetermined distance on opposite sides of the end surface of the heating coil 2. Each heating metal plate 1, 1' comprises a magnetic material through which alternating magnetic fluxes pass to produce heat owing to an eddy current. Heated water flows into a bath tank 5 through a discharge pipe 7, and simultaneously fresh water introduced through an entrance pipe 6 flows to the heating metal plate and finally the water in the bath tank passes through the bath furnace 4 and is circulated, and thus the water in the bath tank changes to hot water.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a heat efficiency and a heating capability using electric power by providing an annular heating coil, and magnetic heating pipes oppositely disposed on the face and rear of the heating coil separated away by a predetermined distance and arranged densely on parallel virtual flat planes, folded on the face and rear of the heating coil. CONSTITUTION:An induction water heater 10 includes a heating coil 1 mounted annularly, and a proper coil driver circuit is connected with a terminal T of the heating coil 1. A heating pipe 2 is disposed on one surface side 1a of the substantially disk-shaped heating coil 1 oppositely to the coil separated away by a predetermined distance from the surface side flat face 1a. The heating pipe 2 comprises a magnetic material and is wound densely into a spiral layer to occupy substantially the same area as that of the heating coil 1. Alternating magnetic fluxes produce an eddy current in the heating pipe 2 located oppositely to the coil flat face 1a, and the heating pipe 2 produces heat with use of Joule heat due to the eddy current to heat water flowing in the pipe and making direct contact with the pipe.
