摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the surface of a cylinder adaptable to various kinds of papers from a thin one to a thick one by a constitution wherein a closed supporting face is detachably provided on a circumferential section of a transfer cylinder in a segment fashion. SOLUTION: When a thin paper is processed, a spur gear 4 is operated and a plate cover 11 is stopped at a lower side of a circumference U of transfer cylinder 1. On the other hand, when a thin paper is processed, spur gear driving is switched to plate cover driving. At first, the spur gear 4 and a shaft 6 are taken off together. Next, a stopper lever 19 is operated. The operation of an operation lever 26 causes swinging movement of the stopper lever 19 against a force of a return spring 23, then the return spring 23 releases a roll 17. At that time, an angle lever 14 rotates in a prescribed direction around a pivot 13 at a side table 3 by virtue of the roll 17. The plate cover 11 rotates around the pivot 13 in the external direction to the circumference U by virtue of the force of the return spring 23.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and well clean the whole length of the peripheral face of a cylinder in a rotary press. SOLUTION: A cleaning device has a deformed crosssectional rail 12 for guiding a cleaning cloth 13 and pushing it on the peripheral face over the whole width of a cylinder, a press plate 6 for pushing the profile crosssectional rail on the cleaning cloth through a compression spring 11 provided with a bolt 8, a pneumatic cylinder 19 for driving the press plate 6 and a piston bar 20. As a spring plate 9 is provided between the spring bolt and the deformed crosssectional rail for pushing uniformly the cleaning cloth on the peripheral face of the cylinder and performing well cleaning, the cleaning cloth is pushed uniformly over the whole width and elastically by means of the compression spring 11 on the cylinder. In addition, the deformed crosssectional rail is exchangeable by pulling it out from the spring plate 9 in the continuous direction.
