    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket cylinder almost free from vibration and noise. SOLUTION: A storage groove 19 is formed on the outer periphery of a cylinder 11. In addition, a base plate 13 is mounted on one of the faces of a rubber blanket 12 to be taken up on the outer periphery of the cylinder 11, and a base plate 13 and the rubber blanket 12 are equalized in length to the length of the circumferential direction of the cylinder 11. Further, the angular bars 14 with a tapered face 15 are installed on both ends of the base plate 13. The base plate 13 is taken up around the outer periphery of the cylinder 11, and the pair of angular bards 14 inserted into the storage groove 19 are sandwiched from both sides between the fitting face 25 of a tightening member 22 built into the storage groove 19 and a fitting face 20 formed on one of lateral faces of the storage groove 19 to fix the rubber blanket 12.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a leaf processing device which can manufacture efficiently a sheet-processed product with a punch perforation such as printed matter. CONSTITUTION: A bridge cylinder 8 with a chucking claw 9 is provided between an impression cylinder 4 with a chucking claw 7 and an anvil cylinder 10 with a chucking claw 14 of a perforation unit U2 . Further, a bridge cylinder 15 with a chucking claw 16 is connected to the anvil cylinder 10, then the die cylinder 18 of a punch unit U is connected to the bride cylinder 15, and the chucking claw is provided on the die cylinder 18. A leaf P is printed by a printing unit U1 , and is transported to the perforation unit U2 so that the leaf is perforated. In addition, the leaf P after perforation process is sent to the die cylinder from the bridge cylinder 15, then the tip of the leaf P is chucked by the chucking claw 27 of the die cylinder 18, and the leaf P is punched by using the die cylinder 18 and a pin cylinder 17 at the time of transporting the leaf P in the peripheral direction of the die cylinder 18.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically process the end of a sheet roll by cutting the surface layer thereof in a breadthwise direction, carrying the end section of the roll paid out due to the rotation thereof, lifting and slantingly cutting the end section via the rotation thereof, cutting the area of the roll between inner ends of cutting lines, pasting one end of a tab to the cutout section, and then pasting the other end of the tab to the surface of the roll. CONSTITUTION:A loss sheet corresponding to several external turns of a sheet roll L is cut in a breadthwise direction with a loss sheet cutter device 34, and the end section of the roll L paid out together with the loss sheet due to the rotation thereof is carried further down with a suction conveyor device 48, and nip rollers 54a and 54b. Then, the end section is lifted with the rotation of the roll L and a pair of knives in a knife device X1 are moved inward from both sides of the end section for the oblique cutting thereof. An area between the inner ends of the oblique cutting lines as a pair is cut with a cutter device 97, and one end of a tab is pasted to the cutout section with a tab application device X2. After the tab is pasted, the roll L is reversed to take in the end section, and the other end of the tab is bonded to the surface of the roll L with pressure from a presser roller 26.
