    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening pavement structure which prevents consolidation of a plant growing basement material, and exerts excellent stepping pressure resistance and drought resistance.
      SOLUTION: The greening pavement structure is obtained by covering a greening objective surface with the plant growing basement material such that plants grow in the plant growing basement material. The plant growing basement material is composed of a mixture obtained by uniformly mixing granular materials forming a skeleton of the plant growing basement material, in a soil basement material stored among the granular material. In the process of consolidation of the plant growing basement material, the granular materials are in mesh with each other to form the skeleton of the plant growing basement material, and in the process of the consolidation of the plant growing basement material, the soil basement material is stored in gaps of the granular materials in a compact state.
