The portable electronic device includes: a main body 11; and a screen connected to the main body, and is electrically connected to the external connection display unit. The base includes: a first member 110; and a second member 120 directly connected to the first member 110. The second member 120 is horizontally rotatable between a first direction and a second direction with respect to the first member 110. The portable electronic device is detachably installed on the second member 120. The second member 120 includes an extension slot. The extension device is inserted into the extension slot and is electrically connected to the portable electronic device by the base. Further, the portable electronic device is electrically connected to the external connection display unit by the base and displays an image by the external connection display unit.
