    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface treatment device which can reduce the quantity of wastewater when a deposit is removed from an inner wall surface of a pipe body, and which can reduce costs associated with wastewater treatment.
      SOLUTION: The wall surface treatment device 1 removes asbestos A (deposit) from the inner wall surface E1 by emitting a jet of high-pressure water to the inner wall surface E1 of a chimney E (pipe body). The wall surface treatment device 1 comprises a main body portion 10 with a rotating shaft 12, and a nozzle 21 for a wall surface, which is attached to the rotating shaft 12 and which laterally emits the jet of high-pressure water supplied from the main body portion 10, while rotating on the axis line of the rotating shaft 12 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 12. The water pressure of the high-pressure water jetted from the nozzle 21 is set within 50-250 MPa, and the quantity of the high-pressure water is set within 5-25 L/min.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting processing device capable of easily positioning a processed object and a cutting nozzle, capable of uniformly and efficiently cutting the processed object in safety by jet injection corresponding to the outer shape of the processed object at all times, and surely and efficiently executing the entire processing process to an article including an ignitible hazardous substance.SOLUTION: A nozzle unit 10 includes a first nozzle moving mechanism for moving the cutting nozzle 11 on a pathway along a tangential direction of the circumference of a swiveling locus, a second nozzle moving mechanism for moving the cutting nozzle on a pathway along the direction orthogonal to the tangential direction, and a measuring device for measuring the outer shape of the processed object in association with the swiveling. A control device drives and controls the first and second nozzle moving mechanisms in swiveling for cutting on the basis of a result of the measurement of the outer shape of the processed object measured by the measuring device in swiveling for measurement in advance, to adjust an injection axis of the cutting nozzle on a position to intersect a central shaft of the processed object and to keep a constant distance to a surface of the processed object at all times.
