    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel repairing method for repairing an internal wall surface of an existing channel tunnel or an existing open channel by using precast panels, wherein the method is easily and quickly implemented by using relatively simple repairing members, to thereby contribute to cost reduction, and drastic shortening of a construction period, and to provide a repairing panel.
      SOLUTION: According to the channel repairing method, the panel 10 which is made of ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced concrete and has fixing bumps 11 formed on a rear surface thereof, is stuck to a channel bottom surface to secure a gap between the panel 10 and the bottom surface, and the existing bottom surface is bored via boring ports 12 formed in each bump, to form anchor holes, followed by driving a screw-type anchor 23 consisting of an anchor and a screw via the boring port into the anchor hole. Then the screw is fastened to the anchor to directly secure the panel 10 to the bottom surface, and back-filling mortar 40 is filled in the gap on a rear surface of the panel by making the anchor 23 serve as a support. Further a rubber board having a high compressibility is arranged between the bumps 11 and the bottom surface, and therefore a setting height of the panel is made adjustable by compressing the rubber board by means of the screw of the anchor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing fiber-reinforced concrete by which in vertical placing for a fiber-reinforced concrete product, pressure difference of vertically placed concrete is eliminated, air bubbles in the concrete can be vented in a short time, an uneven pattern can be easily formed when adhering strength of the product is required, and in addition, the amount of placing of the concrete can be easily adjusted and maintained and mass production is possible.
      SOLUTION: A punching metal 4 of a perforated plate is attached along the inner face of one form plate 2 of the form plates 2 and 3 oppositely arranged of a vertical form 1 for molding, and an air-permeable sheet 5 made of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric is stuck on this inner face with an adhesive. A fiber-mixed concrete A is vertically placed therein and after an upper lid 7 is placed, the whole form is turned by 90° so as to keep the metal 4 and the sheet 5 upward horizontal. The air bubbles C are collected to the upper form face side, and vibration is performed again to vent the air bubbles C through the sheet 5 and the metal 4. An ultrahigh strength fiber-reinforced concrete product B whose surface is a mirror surface with no air bubble and back surface has a high adhering strength can be manufactured thereby.
