SOLUTION: The database update method includes a pre-registration process to link simple update information to a database to register in the user side, an update instruction information display process to display the simple update information as update instruction information at the side of a person who updates the database, a formal registration process to update data based on the update instruction information at the side of the person who updates it, and a receiving and checking information display process, in which updated data is displayed to receive and check the updated data and the update instruction information is linked to updated data as update receiving and checking information to be displayed.
