    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E-ink display panel capable of utilizing a production line of an existing bottom gate type thin film transistor by adopting the bottom gate type thin film transistor for an active element array type substrate and capable of overcoming a top gate phenomenon which may be generated by voltage applied to a pixel electrode in conventional technology. SOLUTION: The E-ink display panel is provided with the active element array type substrate, a counter substrate and a display medium. The active element array type substrate is provided with a plurality of pixel structures thereon and each pixel structure is provided with a bottom gate type thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode covers at least a part of a channel layer and is electrically connected to the drain of the bottom gate type thin film transistor. The counter substrate is arranged correspondingly to the active element array type substrate. The display medium is arranged between the active element array type substrate and the counter electrode.
