摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data instantaneous updating method for a flash memory, capable of avoiding the loss of data caused by the problem of an electric charge in the floating gate of a flash memory, shortening a data recovery time in starting, and raising reliability in the flash memory and safety of the data. SOLUTION: The data instantaneous updating method includes: a step of initializing the flash memory; a step of reading the backup data of a TLB from the main data division block of a data block; a step of comparing the backup data of the TLB with the temporary preservation data of a redundant division block, and determining whether the temporary preservation data of the predetermined redundant division block is the data written most recent or not; and a step of updating the backup data of the TLB when the temporary preservation data is the most recently written data, swapping the backup data for secondary data division block corresponding to the predetermined redundant division block so as to terminate the initialization, and returning an operation to the normal operation of the flash memory.
