    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring tomosynthesis image with an enhanced optionality for detecting radiological indications.
      SOLUTION: The present invention suggests a policy for radiation dose distribution regarding a method to acquire tomosynthesis image with an enhanced optionality for detecting radiological indications. This policy is defined as a function for substantially even depth of focus for different size and kind of radiological indications. This policy is combined with a digital filter processing for the purpose of ensuring an optimal transmission beyond the frequency spectrum of the signal versus noise ratio. The digital filter processing is performed by the adaptive filter of a class required when controlling the noise transmission which is being re-structured. The filter to be adapted to each projection of X-ray tube (4) depends on the dose distributed to the projection.
