    • PURPOSE:To heat paint in a paint tank to a required temperature and conduct the efficient application of hot paint, by providing an orifice having a small hole, between a paint pressurization airless pump discharge side and the paint tank. CONSTITUTION:An airless pump 4 is operated when an opening/closing valve 10 and a return valve 12 are fully opened and an internal combustion engine is started. Next, paint is fed into an accumulator 5 from a paint tank 1 through a strainer 2 and an intake pipe 3, and circulated. Next, when the valve 12 is closed, the paint is circulated through a return pipe 13, but it returns to the tank 1 as the pressure of the accumulator 5 rises and high pressure injection is made and the paint is heated. This condition is continued until an appropriate temperature is obtained. And when the valve 10 is closed, pressure within the accumulator 5 rises up further, and application through a nozzle 9 becomes possible. As a result, the temperature of paint is simply and easily raised in a short time, and the application of hot paint can be conducted.

Further, each rotary cutter 13 has a plurality of rotary units each having cutter chips 14 radially attached thereto, out of phase with respect to each other. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce vibration during grinding out a zone line.
