    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a device while suppressing degradation in an exhaust gas purification function by suppressing degradation in a diffusion effect of a liquid reducing agent with respect to an exhaust emission control device which reduces NOx emission by using a catalyst.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 1 includes an outer cylindrical part 11 which has an inlet 13a in which an exhaust gas with a liquid reducing agent added thereto flows and an inner cylinder part 12 which is accommodated inside the outer cylindrical part 11. The inner cylinder part 12 is provided with a catalyst SCR 31 for performing reduction treatment of the exhaust gas, an oxidation catalyst SLP 32 for decomposing ammonia, and an exhaust pipe 14 which exhausts the exhaust gas purified by the SCR 31 and SLP 32. After passing through an outer periphery of the inner cylinder part 12 in the outer cylindrical part 11, the exhaust gas flows in the inner cylinder part 12 and is sent to the exhaust pipe 14 through the SCR 31 and SLP 32.
