摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer having open cell, composed of a thermoplastic elastomer, excellent in a liquid-absorbing property and a property discharging a liquid and an elastomer having open cell and excellent in chemical resistance, low elution property, etc., and a draining roller, a squeezing roller and a swab obtained by using the elastomer and to provide a method for producing the elastomer having open cell.
SOLUTION: The elastomer having open cell is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer and has a three-dimensional film structure. In the elastomer, 20-100 pores having ≥40 μm maximum diameter are contained in a cutting face having 500 μm×500 μm diameter and these pores are formed of a film and ≥70% of these pores contain ≥3 through holes each having ≤20 μm opening maximum diameter of ≥1/20 based on maximum diameter of these pores in each pore. The method for producing the elastomer and the draining roller, squeezing roller and the swab obtained by using the elastomer are also provided.
