    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a flat cable and electronic parts in which the electronic parts can be connected to the flat cable surely and stably, and connection position of lead of the electronic parts is safeguarded from external force such as bending stress. SOLUTION: In this structure, the lead 4 of the electronic parts 3 is overlapped at a position of the flat conductor of the flat cable 1 in which an insulation cladding 2a has been applied to the flat conductor 2, and the lead and the flat conductor are connected by a connector. The connector is constituted of first and second connectors 5, 6 which are composed of rear plate parts 5a, 6a and piercing pieces 5b, 6b formed on both sides of the rear plate parts. The piercing pieces of the first connector are pierced through the flat conductor of the flat cable, bent inside on the rear side of the flat cable and caulked. The rear plate parts of the second connector are overlapped on the upper face of the rear face plate of the first connector, and the piercing pieces of the second connector are pierced through the flat cable, bent inside on the rear side of the flat cable, and caulked.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection fixture which can cope with various kinds of connection patterns of flat conductors when mutually connecting flat cables, respectively having the plurality of flat conductors. SOLUTION: The flat cables 30X, 30Y to be connected to the base plate 10 are set in a T shape, connector bars 22H, 22M bent at right angles are attached to a cover plate 12, the flat cables 30X, 30Y are pinched by the base plate 10 and the cover plate 12, and by piercing piercing pieces 24 of the connector bars 22H, 22M into, for instance, the both flat cables at their flat conductors A and Q, C and P, D and R, the flat cables are connected. Piercing pieces insertion grooves 16X, 16Y are formed on the base plate 10 at corresponding positions to the flat conductors A to D, and P to Q. Connection bar insertion grooves 20X, 20Y are formed in the cover plate 12 so that all the attaching grooves 20Y of the longitudinal direction intersect with all the attaching grooves 20X of the lateral line direction.
