    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet in which the force required at the time of insertion into a hole can be small and insertion work into the hole is simple. SOLUTION: The grommet comprises an annular groove 4 of which the groove bottom contacts closely the inner circumference of a hole 3 of a plate shape body 2, a flange portion 5 formed on one side of this annular groove 4, a coming-off stopper portion 6 which is formed on the opposite side to the flange portion 5 of the annular groove part 4 and has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the hole 3, a taper portion 7 of which the outer diameter becomes gradually smaller from the outer diameter of the coming-off stopper portion 6 to the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 3 as it goes further from the coming-off stopper portion 6 toward the opposite side of the flange portion 5, and a cylindrical portion 8 in which a wiring material such as a wire harness is inserted. A bump 9 which has a peripheral length shorter than the semicircle is formed toward the coming-off portion 6 on the outer peripheral face of the taper portion 7.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness protection member for panel mounting capable of easily carrying out mounting to a panel even in a form furnished with a wiring direction regulating means capable of regulating the wiring direction of harness after passing an opening part formed in the panel. SOLUTION: This harness protection member 11 for panel mounting is furnished with; a harness protection member body 14 furnished with a panel mounting part 17 to mount on an edge part Pa of an opening part formed on the panel P and a harness passing hole 16 to allow passing of the harness W/H to wire and; a wiring direction regulating means 15 to regulate the wiring direction of the harness. The wiring direction regulating means 15 is constituted of; a harness guiding part 24; a bending part 26 to bend to a state being on the outside from a state being on the inside of an outline of the harness protection member body as seen on a flat surface in the axial direction of the harness passing hole against the harness protection member body and a bending fixing part 19 to fix the harness guiding part 24 in its bending state.
