摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply recover data from scores of thousands of answerers by utilizing technology of communication (e.g., internet) and analyzing the recovered massive data to feed back the analyzed data to the answerers.SOLUTION: There is provided a system including first and second mutually communicable computers. The second computer has a processing part, a memory part, a data input part and a data display part. The second computer further has an activity display means for displaying a plurality of body activities on a display part, activity selection means 1000i, 1000j and 1000k allowing a user to select either one of a plurality of the body activities displayed on the display part, a time input means 1006 for inputting the activity time consumed in the physical activity selected by the activity selection means by the user and a transmission means for transmitting the physical activity data related to the physical activity and the activity time to the first computer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle quantity measurement method and instrument capable of correctly measuring a muscle quantity without using physical information such as the age, body height, and weight, etc., of a subject.SOLUTION: A muscle quantity measurement method of the present invention is a muscle quantity measurement method for measuring a muscle quantity of a body of a subject. The method includes: measuring the first impedance of a body by applying an AC current of a first frequency to a measurement object region of the body of a subject; measuring the second impedance of the body by applying an AC current of a second frequency lower than the first frequency; estimating an extracellular fluid component amount in muscle cells of the body of a subject on the basis of the first impedance; estimating an intracellular fluid component amount in the muscle cells of the body of a subject on the basis of the first impedance and the second impedance; and acquiring a muscle quantity on the basis of the estimated extracellular fluid component amount and the intracellular fluid component amount.
