摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-rope grab bucket which can efficiently perform dredging and excavation in harbors or the like by changing an opening/closing direction of bucket shells easily with less labor at a work site while simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: A double-rope grab bucket includes an upper frame 1, a lower frame 2, bucket shells 4, rods 5 and the like. The upper frame 1 is provided with front-and-back and right-and-left hangers 25 and 26 for elevating ropes 7. Guide rollers 45 for an opening/closing rope 8 are disposed in an area enclosed by the four hangers 25, 26. A line P connecting the guide centers of both guide rollers 45 is inclined at about 45° with respect to an opening/closing central axis Q of a pair of the bucket shells 4. The elevating ropes 7 are connected to either a pair of the front and back hangers 25 or a pair of the right and left hangers 26, and the attitude of the grab bucket is changed to be vertical or horizontal by rope restoring force generated when the elevating ropes 7 are wound up.
