摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing leakage of an electromagnetic wave to be transmitted in a waveguide to be formed by joining a plurality of substrates from a substrate joining surface.
SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave whose frequency changes in time between an upper limit frequency and a lower limit frequency, a choke groove having a depth corresponding to a predetermined position from the waveguide is provided at a position corresponding to the wavelength of a frequency to be selected from a range from the upper limit frequency to the lower limit frequency.
