    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thunderbolt information offering system, which allows offering not only simply thunderbolt forecast, but also influence on client's facilities by thunderbolt by quantitatively calculating.
      SOLUTION: Transmission and distribution lines which are influenced by thunderbolt are extracted from a transmission and distribution line database which registers the transmission and distribution lines corresponding to location information based on forecasted thunderbolt location information (S102), and the thunderbolt intensity of each location of the extracted transmission and distribution lines, based on the forecasted thunderbolt location information and thunderbolt intensity information, and lighting resistance characteristics of the lighting-resistant facilities provided with the extracted transmission and distribution lines (S103 and S104). Failure occurrence rate of each location is calculated, based on the calculated thunderbolt intensity and the lighting resistance characteristic (S107). The thunderbolt information including the calculated failure occurrence rate is offered (S1011), by extracting clients who utilize the extracted transmission and distribution lines, from a client database, which registers information of clients who utilize transmission and distribution lines, by corresponding to the transmission and distribution lines (S108).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and scrupulous life support service. SOLUTION: The meter of a customer house 1 and a cooperative meter reading center 2 are always connected by an automatic meter reading system provided by the provider of a life line. The cooperative meter reading center is provided with a mediating device 2 for detecting abnormality from the collected results of a meter, and for informing a support company 3 of the result so that the customer 1 and the support company 3 can be mediated. The mediating device 2 is always connected to the meter so that the meter-read results can be collected and analyzed frequently, for example, once per hour. Thus, it is possible to shorten a time lug since the generation of any abnormality until the detection of the abnormality, and it is possible to execute any proper treatment before it is too late. Also, a treatment menu to be executed is transmitted from the mediating device 2 to the PC of the customer house 1 or the portable terminal of a support member dispatched to the job site so that it is possible even for a person who is not any specialist to execute the proper treatment.
