    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a suitable production plan under the consideration of the constraint of each actual article in a short time.SOLUTION: A cycle generation part 47 extracts a predetermined number of candidates of actual articles whose production plan is to be allocated to a processing object section among sections divided by a division part 46 as actual article candidates in each cycle of a manufacturing facility for supplying actual articles, and selects an actual article candidate group to be generated in one cycle of the manufacturing facility from among the predetermined number of extracted actual article candidates as a candidate cycle in each cycle. When there are not any cycle which can be allocated to the processing object section, the cycle generation part 47 corrects the earliest start time of the next cycle to be determined on the basis of the cycle allocated before the processing object section. An evaluation part 48 calculates the total of delivery date delay rewards, work-in-process inventory rewards and pre-connection costs in each candidate cycle. A selection part 49 selects a candidate cycle for allocating the production plan to the processing object section on the basis of the total of the delivery date delay rewards, the work-in-process inventory rewards and the pre-connection costs.
