摘要： PURPOSE:To equalize film thickness to a film forming substrate by each moving a plurality of target electrodes for crystal growth sources opposed to disk electrodes, to which a plurality of substrates are mounted, in the radial directions of the opposite disk electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A circular packing plate 10 is shielded by a rectangular grounding shielding plate 6 with a circular window (a target metallic window). The packing plate can be moved in the direction of the arrow 16 without removal only by slightly unfastening screws 13 fixing a rectangular substrate body 14, in which the packing plate 10 and a target electrode are assembled, to the back of a bell jar base 15. The grounding shielding plate 6 can also be moved without removal by screws 12 in parallel with the movement of the packing plate. The quantity of the packing plate moved may be a little over one inch to the bell jar base 15 to which the target electrode 3 is fitted. Accordingly, the target electrode can be moved in the radial direction.
